Often times, the entire family is adversely impacted by incarceration. Comprehensive intervention is provided by T.O.R.I. to identify family strengths and deficiencies to work with clients and their families to increase their ability to function as a unit. Support in the form of classes, trainings, family support services, and referrals are provided to increase family reunification.
