T.O.R.I. believes education is pivotal for clients’ successful reentry. Many returning citizens have been incarcerated since their youth and did not have an opportunity to finish high school. Therefore, T.O.R.I. partners with agencies that offer GED classes. In addition, T.O.R.I. assists clients who would like to go to college or enroll in a vocational school in finding scholarships for tuition, financial assistance for books or free laptop computers and school supplies to assist our clients in reaching their educational goals. We also offer internal training classes including basic life skills and financial literacy to serve as a foundation for our client’s success.
